RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At WTA MOTORS, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing wheels and
tires from us. Please review this policy before placing an order.
RETURNS
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, wheels and tires must be unused, unmounted, unbalanced,
undamaged, and in the same condition received.
Items that have been installed, mounted, balanced, driven on, scratched, damaged, or
altered cannot be returned.
Fitment is the buyer’s responsibility. Please confirm wheel size, bolt pattern, offset, tire size,
and vehicle compatibility before ordering.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale:
Mounted wheels and tires
Used tires that have been installed after delivery
Special order items
Custom wheel and tire packages
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned without approval
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, WTA MOTORS will notify the customer if the refundis approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless WTA MOTORS made an error
with the order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact WTA MOTORS within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Damage claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.
The customer is responsible for any price difference, shipping cost, or return shipping cost
unless the exchange is due to an error by WTA MOTORS.
