SHIPPING POLICY
WTA MOTORS ships wheels and tires using reliable shipping carriers.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high volume periods, or for special order
items.
SHIPPING TIME
Delivery times vary based on location, carrier, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may happen due to weather, carrierissues, address problems, or other events outside of our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item size, weight, destination, and shipping
method.
Large wheel and tire packages may require ground, freight, or oversized shipping.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should inspect all packages as soon as they arrive.
If there is visible damage, take photos before opening the package and keep all packaging
materials.
Any shipping damage must be reported to WTA MOTORS within 48 hours of delivery.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
WTA MOTORS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to an incorrect
or incomplete address.
If a package is returned because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for
additional shipping fees.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If a package is lost or delayed, WTA MOTORS will assist with the carrier claim process when
possible.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available if offered at checkout or arranged with WTA MOTORS before
purchase.
A valid order confirmation and matching identification may be required at pickup.
